Protest erupt after Idaho woman arrested for trespassing on closed playground

(ETH) – A woman in Idaho was arrested on Tuesday after police claim she was violating city orders by trespassing on closed city playground equipment.  According to the report from 2 KUTV, Sara Brady, 40, was arrested and charged with one count of misdemeanor trespassing.

Protests have erupted following this incident and are being held at Meridian City Hall. Social media posts indicate the woman was initially arrested during a peaceful protest at Kleiner Park.
