Dark Secret Exposed About Trump Prosecutor In Federal Case
A key prosecutor in the federal case against President Donald Trump financially contributed to Joe Biden’s 2020 campaign as well as Barack Obama’s presidential campaign.
Given the obvious conflict of interest, Republican Matt Gaetz of Florida is publicly demanding accountability in the political witch hunt against Trump.
Gaetz pointed to Karen Gilbert, who resigned in disgraced from U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida in 2009 over alleged misconduct.
Federal Election Commission records show that Gilbert has donated over $2,000 to Democratic presidential candidates.
Biden’s special counsel Jack Smith is also accused of posing as a Democrat operative inside the Department of Justice.
Gaetz threatens to take congressional action to defund Smith’s office in the Trump case.
Famed Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz said Special Counsel Jack Smith was assigned only one job: “Get Trump.”
“He was assigned only one job – to get Trump,” Dershowitz said.
Gaetz, R- Fla., sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland demanding more information about everyone working on the Trump case.
The prosecutor going after Trump also faced misconduct allegations in 2009, according to Gaetz.
Gaetz demands that the names of all the people working on the case in Smith’s office be made public.
Gaetz says it is “beyond debate” that such information should be available to the public.
“This simple staff list cannot be withheld from Congress or the public on the basis of attenuated and entirely fantastic privacy concerns,” Gaetz wrote.
“While there are innumerable valid legislative purposes for this request, it should be obvious that doing due diligence in vetting an office that has apparently done no vetting of its own personnel, or worse, might affirmatively be seeking to staff with sanctioned lawyers and partisan hatchet-men (and women), is an entirely appropriate purpose and one small reason I am requesting this information,” Gaetz wrote.
Trump was booked in Miami on 37 felony charges. He pleaded not guilty in the Biden-led political witch hunt.
The charges include 31 counts of unlawful retention of national defense information, 5 counts of conspiracy to obstruct justice, and 1 count of tampering with grand jury evidence.
The last charge claims Trump allegedly destroyed classified documents. The 5 obstruction charges allege Trump conspired with others to interfere in a federal investigation.

The 31 counts claim Trump willfully retained classified information at his Mar-a-Lago home in Florida.
Despite the case, Trump remains the 2024 presidential frontrunner. The indictment accuses Trump of failing to comply with demands to return classified documents, including plans for a retaliatory attack on an unnamed foreign power.
Trump is undoubtedly the target of politically corrupt and biased forces operating inside the Biden administration and the Department of Justice.

No cameras in the court-house.
No handcuffs. No mug shots.
The MSM didn’t get the negative visuals of Trump they so desperately crave.

Billionaire Elon Musk also said the Department of Justice’s decision to indict former President Donald Trump jeopardizes the confidence of the American people.
“There does seem to be far higher interest in pursuing Trump compared to other people in politics,” Musk said. “Very important that the justice system rebut what appears to be differential enforcement or they will lose public trust,” Musk added.

“The unauthorized disclosure of these classified documents could put at risk the national security of the United States, foreign relations, the safety of the United States military, and human sources and the continued viability of sensitive intelligence collection methods,” the indictment said.
Responding on social media, President Trump called out the hypocrisy of the Justice Department as the Biden crime family has allegedly profited millions over many years by illegally bribing foreign agents and compromising America’s national interests.
“The corrupt Biden Administration has informed my attorneys that I have been Indicted, seemingly over the Boxes Hoax, even though Joe Biden has 1850 Boxes at the University of Delaware, additional Boxes in Chinatown, D.C., with even more Boxes at the University of Pennsylvania, and documents strewn all over his garage floor where he parks his Corvette, and which is ‘secured’ by only a garage door that is paper thin, and open much of the time,” Trump said on Truth Social.
Dershowitz said that Trump is fortunate because the case will be tried in Palm Beach County and he may get a “sympathetic” jury.
The Harvard law professor also said Trump has a “good judge” assigned to the case. Trump maintains that he has done nothing wrong and plans to stay in the 2024 presidential race even if he is convicted.
According to polls, Trump’s favorability rating is very high among Republicans. 84% of Republicans viewing him favorably. Trump is also the clear frontrunner for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.
