‘If Your Last Name Is Biden, You Get to Live by Separate Rules’: U.S. Rep Elise Stefanik Drops the Hammer on DOJ
Hunter Biden was finally charged with multiple federal crimes after a years-long investigation into his criminal activity overseas involving his father, President Joe Biden.
Hunter accepted a “plea deal” which has been widely viewed as a disgraceful and corrupt outcome of a politically motivated Justice Department.
Republican Rep. Elise Stefanik of New York slammed the collusion behind closed doors between Hunter’s lawyers and federal prosecutors.
Hunter Biden received special treatment because of his family ties.
Here's Biden telling Peter Doocy that he NEVER spoke to Hunter about his overseas business in 2020.

“The fact that you have the president’s son getting away with tax fraud, illegal bribery, corrupt pay-to-play illegal gun purchases, as well as not paying adequate child support,” Stefanik said. “That is fundamentally unfair in this justice system.”
“If your last name is Biden, you get to live by a separate set of rules,” Stefanik said.
Facing a maximum penalty of 12 years in prison, Hunter will be placed on probation and spend no time in jail.
Hunter pleaded guilty to two counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax, which carries a 2-year maximum penalty. The more serious gun felony charge carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.
Meanwhile, other Americans are regularly “dragged through the mud” and face the full consequences of their criminal acts.
For example, the popular rapper Kodak Black, whose real name is Bill Kapri, was sentenced to nearly four years in prison after pleading guilty to providing an incorrect Social Security number on a federal form to purchase a gun.

In comparison, Hunter illegally possessed a firearm while addicted to crack cocaine. He tested positive for the drug and was discharged from the Navy in 2014.
Bradford Cohen, the lawyer for Kodak Black, is speaking out about the corrupt U.S. justice system.
“2 tiers of justice? ” Cohen asked about Hunter’s plea deal. “Kodak was charged for the same crime. Got over 3 years.”
“Mr. Biden will not serve a day. Feels right?” Cohen asked.
“Do FBI agents and federal authorities take cases personally?” Cohen asked.
President Donald Trump issued a pardon for Kodak Black on his last day in office.
“After 26 years, I have yet to have a plea in a case with an illegal possession of a weapon and tax evasion, that did not come with some kind of prison sentence. Indigents charged the same way would be getting jail time,” he tweeted.

“Even in the case of paying off coaches to get their kids into college came with a prison sentence. One even got 2 weeks, even though she was scoring no jail time. The system was so petty that they made her surrender to a federal prison for 2 weeks! But in this case nothing,” he continued.

It's not my opinion that this never happens. This is a Fed Prosecutor that confirms it. https://t.co/DzsvSatHdV
